Langkat – Langkat Police Narcotics Investigation Personnel raided the location of a drug transaction, in one of the suspect’s houses, Ujung Ujung Street, Sei Bilah Sub-District, Sei Lepan District, Langkat Regency, Saturday (04/13/19).

In the raid, officers arrested US suspects (31) residents of Ujung Port Street, Sei Bilah Sub-District, Sei Lepan Subdistrict, Langkat Regency. Personnel also confiscated evidence of 3 small clear plastic clips containing methamphetamine, one plastic bag containing 7 small empty plastic clips.

While another suspect Ilyas, the same resident, jumped into the river when he was about to be arrested. After the incident, the Langkat police personnel assisted by the Langkat Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) and the community, conducted a search by combing the river but not found.

The next day, Sunday (14/4/19) at around 6:30 a.m. WIB, officers together with the community found that Ilyas was already lifeless on the Babalan Pangkalan Berandan river.
