man shot dead at gunpoint in Phnom Penh by Sok Khemarin, near the command line unit of the National Police Commissioner, located in Sangkat Trapaing Krosang, Khan Por Senchey on April 4, 2019. According to the news, the victim, Keo Sotharith, a 41-year-old male with a chronic illness, that can not be cured .   the victim went to the first shooting club and then tried to shoot himself, but was stopped by the club staff on time. he  went to another shooting club belonging to Sok Khem Rin.  with three staff members standing behind, but could not stop. Keo Sotharith.
