a 2-year-old boy was run over in Zhongshan

On March 31, Zhongshan, Guangdong, a 2-year-old boy was crushed by a small car while playing in the middle of the road.  The driver said that he did not see any children at the time, and the follow-up matters such as compensation are still being negotiated with the boy’s family.
