a dead 5 month old baby found in Pemogan

The Pemogan villagers were shocked by the discovery of the bodies of babies floating on the Dugul river on Jalan Pemogan gang Kubu Sawah, Banjar Jaba Jati, Pemogan Village, South Denpasar District.
“The condition of the baby’s body is not intact, begins to rot, smells and the head is broken. Gender is suspected to be male and is estimated to be around 5 months old, “explained the South Denpasar Police Chief Commissioner I Nyoman Wirajaya when confirmed, Tuesday (2/4/2019).
One of Pemogan’s residents, I Ketut Jiwa (46) said, while waiting for a stall not far from the location of the discovery, he heard the sound of several children shouting there were babies drifting on the river in prone condition.
Witnesses who came could only see from a distance and could not do much when the poor baby’s body was dragged down by the swift river currents. The witness just went down to the river when the baby caught the river’s garbage.
“The baby is then taken with banana leaves and brought up. “The baby’s body is then placed in a seat and closed using white gauze,” explained Commissioner Wirajaya.
Temporary suspicion, baby corpses were carried by the river from the direction of the Buwagan Dam which flowed into the Dugul Pemogan river. After the crime scene was carried out by the Denpasar Police Inafis Team, the bodies of the babies were then taken to RSUP Danglah Denpasar by using the Denpasar BPBD Ambulance.
