Initially, Ojat (43) a local resident who was dabbling in sand found the victim floating only wearing a sweater and without wearing pants, in the middle of the Citanduy river, he then tried to drag him to the position of the corpse on the riverbank. “After matching the fingerprints, the victim was named Abdul Rohman, 22 years old, a resident of Beuti Hamlet, Ciparay Village, Cidolog District,” said AKP Hendra.
