floating dead baby was dumped on the Sangatta river

 at Pos Kamling RT 59 Gang Assadiah, the event of the baby’s disposal occurred again.
Tuesday (5/2/2019) this morning, another baby boy was found dissolving on the Sangatta River.
However, different from the discovery of the baby before, this time, the baby boy who is still complete with the placenta and the umbilical cord was found to have become
corpse.
His tiny body floats in the river and gets caught in the pontoon (crossing ship, red).
Seeing the condition of his body which had turned blue, it was alleged that the baby had been floating on the river for two days.
Residents who found the baby’s corpse immediately reported to the police and used the fish box lid, the baby was taken to the nearest hospital.
“This morning, it seemed to float. Then the pontoon motorists were appointed and told to other residents, “said Tinah, a resident around the Sangatta River area.
