Suicide by hanging on a window in Karnataka

Laxman of Karnataka State Belgaum has been suffering from illness for the last few days. He committed suicide by hanging the window of the Tirupati Swims Emergency ward this morning, according to SI Srinivas of Alipiri. We have to know the details and to investigate and take action.
